midnight sun

...Okay, so maybe Midnight Sun changed my idea on Twilight.  Sorta kinda, I still do get a headache because I can feel my brain cells dying when I read Breaking Dawn, but that's besides the point... Edward isn't so inhuman!  He keeps bottlecaps, tells himself to keep calm, and everything totally rude in the original novel has a meaning.  He isn't really being outright rude, he's being careful.  And well, he's only human, if you get the expression... 

As far as I can tell there's no official cover, but I'd rather think it was the first than the second...
